I absolutely love her new book cover. It has the same watercolor visual style as her first book, but differentiates itself with wine-grape purple tones. It depicts main characters Rosalyn and Andy in a romantic light, but she secretly hides a quill and notebook behind her back. This is perfectly in line with the book’s primary storyline of Rosalyn hiding her true identity behind a pen name.
I love THE BEST ADVICE because on the surface it’s an easy breezy read, but it also explores themes of relationship ups and downs with care and attention. With a strong female character unwilling to sacrifice her beliefs under the micromanaging rule of a senior editor, I can’t help but draw parallels between this and main character Beatrice in Amy’s first book How to Align the Stars. Her first book earned status on the Romantic Adaptations bestseller list, and we have high hopes for this second book as well!
